It's a Turk. With sunglasses, a big nose, a mustache, and a goatee. If you don't see it, I'll explain further. The 8 is the sunglasses. The 4 is the nose and mustache. The 1st parenthesis is a sleazy smile, and the 2nd parenthesis is the goatee. Voila! If you ever thought you were lacking an emoticon to express a Turkish man, here you are! Your life is now significantly better :) (or should I say 84)).... )
